Location and property were great. Also, the association beach was perfect for our needs. Very friendly neighbors. The communications before and during our stay were quick, friendly and professional.

We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking around Paugus Bay. We had such a relaxing stay just sitting on the deck overlooking the lake or playing cards down on the patio. Watching Fourth of July fireworks from the downstairs overlooking the bay was an added treat.

Love the bay for fishing. So nice to have a slip for our boat . Comfortable place, everything we need is here
