Lovely location, clean, had everything we needed
The only thing to point out was the balcony bbq not all that clean - however we did not need to use it

Perfect location right on the beach, with the river on the other side walking distance to town, just amazing!

Location and size of house was very good for a big group
The house was not clean Venetian blinds were very dirty and broken. Cobwebs were prevalent. Lacked blinds to manage very bright sunshine.
