Gungun Homestay

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Gungun Homestay. The place has a peaceful, homely vibe, and the owners are incredibly warm and friendly. Aunty’s home-cooked food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home—highly recommended!

It was very clean and comfortable stay. And the owner Sudhir uncle is also very sweet.

I had a wonderful stay at Gungun homestay! The place was clean, peaceful, and located in a quiet area, yet still very well located, just a short walk to the centre. The family was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made me feel right at home from day one. My bedroom faced a bit of nature, which added to the relaxing vibe of the stay (a bit out of the chaos of rishikesh). The rooftop is also lovely, perfect for chill time in the sun and even some yoga. I’m definitely coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rishikesh! Perfect for a solor traveller, specially, women. And people looking to immerse more in the culture.
