A little problem about the key collection at the arrival because of the language barrier ( I have got an email about the
It was a cosy property.
I would like to give some feedback about procedure about cleaning. I have paid cleaning fee 114,71£ bed linens fee 48.78£ and towel charge 48.78£ for two nights to this property but at the and they have ask to remove the linens and towels and collect them into the laundry bags provided. And also empty the bins and wash the dishes. So why did I have to pay all these cleaning, towel and linens payment while I was booking? Thanks
