Calme , la vue du balcon.

J’ai profité de plusieurs locations pour mes escapades , celle ci il n’y avait rien de prévu à l’entrée des lieux. N’oubliez pas votre sel ou sucre …..je préfère faire le ménage moi même avant de partir….mais avec un aspirateur qui fonctionne ! Un fond de vinaigre dans la bouteille et 5 feuilles de sopalin sur le rouleau un peu juste!

Functional little flat with sea view and relatively close to the ocean. Parking surprisingly easy even though we did not find the slot assigned. Fees and caution/deposit relatively transparent on booking. Overall price is good even with all options for longer stays.

The house is ok, not old enough to have charme and not new enough to be in good shape. It's not direclty at a beach you can really swim in, most likely you will have to walk around 5-7 minutes to the beach in the east. While the add on fees where relatively transparent, they are also very high, especially for short stays. Caution deposit to be paid via some portal, it worked but also a paradise for phishing. Deposit was 300€! We paid 60€ for the cleaning service but had to do everything still, bring out the trash, do the dishes (we had a basically empty dishwasher "run" going and it was a problem). Minor dirt in the fridge was a problem, we did not fold back the beach chairs on the balcony and that was a minor problem. So we left the appartment really relatively clean, a professional would bring this back to "before" in literally 15-20 minutes, but still we had to bring out the trash, arrange everything back and so on even though we paid the 60€. Completely not understandable. The concierge was cleaning up the room as we did the return formalities so it almost felt like the 60€ were completely "for nothing". I mean, why move everything back to the normal place if for example someone is swiping the floor later anyways and will have to move the chairs? Very small Appartment, with the pullout couch it's ok for 4 I guess if you really want but it's also already fairly small for 2, with luggage and so on. Key returning as described above but getting the key was not great either, in a back alley of a restaurant for the key if you arrive past 18h00 which is not crazy late. Full "agency" treatment, basically just a low entrance price on booking with additional payments for everything, not really any personal touch. It's more of a holiday "factory" than a place to really fall in love with. It also said we need to pay for electricity in the description which ultimately was not true.
