The apartment boasts an excellent location with truly spectacular views. It is spacious and offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. Fast and reliable internet access is another advantage. Overall, the location, stunning views, generous space, and practical amenities are the property’s greatest strengths.

The apartment is in serious need of refurbishment and maintenance. Despite appearing clean at first glance, the ventilation grilles and air conditioning vents were covered in a thick layer of dust, making us reluctant to use the air conditioning. The curtain rods, blinds, shutters, and terrace enclosure were old, worn out, and in poor condition. Using some of these mechanisms risked damaging them. There were clear signs of years of neglect and inadequate maintenance. Marbella Room Service was inflexible. Online check-in and uploading photos of identity documents were mandatory, with no option to check in in person. The €500 security deposit was excessive given the apartment’s condition. Instead of simply placing a hold on the card, the full amount was charged, resulting in additional currency conversion fees.
