Las instalaciones son espectaculares, el aparato excelente, el estacionamiento un poco estrecho pero todo no puede Ser perfecto, muy cerca de puerto Banús, nos encantó, y la terraza, súper genial para un gran grupo de familia.Lo recomiendo al 100%. Me volvería a quedar en vuestro apartamento.

La limpieza! Muy mala la limpieza, había vidrios en las alfombras y debajo de los muebles, por debajo de las camas había mucho polvo y cucarachas muertas.Nosotros tuvimos que aspirar para poder disfrutar de las instalaciones, yo hablé con el room service y reporté que no había papel higiénico y que la limpieza era deficiente, y me dijeron que irían a llevar el papel higiénico y nunca llegó.

We chose it because of the location, next to our friends. We enjoyed the pool.

It wasn’t very clean, the kitchen floor was sticky, the terraces were not clean and the bathroom cupboards had bits of paper in them. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and the curtains hardly met. The handles on the chest of drawers had fallen off so we couldn’t open them. The shower was not the best, it changed from hot to cold without touching the tap and had little pressure and the shower head didn’t sit in the holder properly.The property needs money investing in it to bring it up to standard for the price point. The patio doors wouldn’t lock from the inside and garage door fob stopped working after 4 days.
