    Lovely resort. Magical place. Decent food. All cold beverages extra. Non-alcoholic should be included. Had water refill stations which were great! Poor communication between dive shop and office. We were overcharged and told no way to credit back on card (3%chg lost). Other overcharge we have to “contact reservations” after going home to the U.S.!

    Great option for people wanting to dive/snorkel The unlimited house reef diving is great. Dive staff were great and will help suggest other people you can dive with if you need a buddy. Food is good. I was very happy with my stay.

    Hut or tent right on the beach. Great set up for diving. House reef has a lot of life and is right on your doorstep. Food was plentiful and good. Free wifi I am happy.

    Pros: reef at your feet, no extra travel needs, unlimited dives, patient and very experienced instructors, very good facilities for snorkelling, extremely quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfectly clean rooms and bathrooms, great comfy beds , perfect WiFi everywhere, good and generous buffet meals where you aren’t required to pay extras for water or coffee (maybe for alcohol), kind but not always knowledgeable staff (relaxed dudes vibes) Cons: I took a photo of a room I booked (had walls, windows doors) and I was booked into a tent on the beach with door made of fabric cloth and no lock or keys. For a single woman traveling in Egypt it would not have crossed my mind to book a place like that for safety reasons, however reception claimed my reservation stated “room assigned on arrival”. I had to demand them to put me in a room from the picture (not even that/ my upgraded room was definitely not as nice as one from the picture) of my reservation and I was charged for the “upgrade”. Not cool Staff is nice but not very knowledgeable, nobody knows anything and they have to call for help every time, which takes forever (I lost patience every time and resolved issues in my own). They literally lost me in my snorkelling time, didn’t record that I came back , went back to my room and came back after 30 minutes only to find out they’re looking for me (rather than going into water to see where I could be they’re frantically walking up and own the beach trying to see where I am…probably wold have drowned if this was a true even rather than a misunderstanding) I was annoyed at every meal that they take the plate away seconds after you stop eating and it gets awkward if you haven’t finished yet. I’ve also been asked to move because they wanted to clean the table 10 min past breakfast time. After sunset temperatures drop dramatically and no electric heaters are offered so be prepared.
