We had a wonderful stay. The family Sobol was really nice, warm and welcoming. Great view from the balcony, we could see the sea from there. Even with the Bora Bora winds it was comfortable to sit at the balcony. A shop was close by, 5 minutes walking. A good pizzeria was around the corner.
Nothing that the host can do something about, but the steep walking from the beach back to the apartment is hard. Steep hills and stairs (but again with wonderful view, so we took it slow and easy and enjoyed the views). Especially if walking with a toddler and stroller/cart, but that is a personal choice. The benefits of the apartment outweigh this minor inconvenience.
