Location is excellent, just next to the seaside. Apartment comfortable, well-equipped, clean, good quality furniture, spacious for two people. Owner present if needed but discrete otherwise, very correct. Beach is properly built out everywhere, good restaurants in the neighbourhood, parking free and convenient. Pleasant external environment.
Unfortunately, the sea cannot be seen when sitting on the terrace (due to the structure of the building). However, separating the currently common terrace would be nice. Driving up to the yard to park the car is somewhat difficult, but parking on the street is free and safe. That is all for the 'negative list'.
