Beachfront Top-Floor Penthouse In the heart of Cabarete!

From the minute we walked into this stunning apartment, we knew it was going to be amazing. The condo is not only spacious and gorgeous inside but the HUGE balcony and ocean view are unrivaled by any condo we have ever rented The view is not only special because is it right one the sand an unobstructed but watching the hundreds of kite surfers in the afternoons was stunning and very entertaining. It is a real site to be seen! The location is perfect with everything you need is walking distance. There are dozens of restaurants steps away with their table in the sand and twinkle lights above. Even our teenager said this was the best family vacation ever. We can't wait to go back to Cabarete and we will definitely be saty7ijng at Ocean One again!

The location was perfect, the spaciousness of the unit was perfect, the outdoor living space was perfect. The outdoor living space enabled us to enjoy the sunshine on the lounge chairs and in the evening when there was a sprinkling of rain we could still enjoy the outdoors because part of it is covered. Daily maid service always kept the place clean and did our laundry when requested. The place was perfect!

Don't want to be in the touristy, overcrowded Punta Cana, then I'd suggest Cabarete. My family (5 of us) absolutely loved the city and this penthouse. Right on the beach, it is steps from the town where you can shop and eat, it's in a quieter area compared to the all-inclusives and you get an amazing view from every room. Our jaws literally dropped when we entered this penthouse. It was designed to maximize the views. The pictures definitely do not do this place justice. We were shocked at how much nicer and more beautiful it is than what we saw on this site. There are two separate living rooms so we never once felt crowded. And that balcony, well, that was a room unto itself. It wrapped all the way around so all three bedrooms could access it through their patio doors. The master bedroom was surreal. Huge with ceilings you needed binoculars to see. Every bedroom and bathroom great, kitchen was big so we never felt crowded when we cooked together. We did have trouble with the oven light. When we had an issue, we could contact Enrico who would respond immediately. Celia was a joy to work with. She was very helpful and we hired her to clean the place one day. Absolutely loved her. From the very beginning when I started to inquire about this place, Fabio responded very quickly and very thoroughly. I always had so many questions for everyone, but they responded with patience and helped greatly. We have been traveling through VRBO and Airbnb, etc., for over 15 years, and this condo was by far the best we’ve ever seen. It was high-end luxury all the way. The only thing I didn’t like, which is almost a deal breaker, is that we had no access to a washing machine and dryer. There is one, but that door remains locked and you have to hire Celia to do your laundry for a fee. I don’t do a lot of laundry when I go on vacation, but when I need or want a washing machine, I want it when I want it. I don’t like others doing my laundry. If we were staying for more than a week, that would be a deal breaker for me. One other thing, there is a little restaurant (Margarita Pizzaria?) right next door to Ocean One that serves the best food. It's kind of an outdoor type of place. We ordered take out wood-fired pizza several times and ate there a few times, too. It was so convenient to have such a great quality, reasonably priced eatery right next door. Don't lose the ID cards they give you at check in. They are $20 EACH to replace. LOVED this place!
