Villa Terra del Nonno with Sea Views & Pool

Fantastic location close to the port - stunning view watching the boats come in and out of the harbour from the pool deck. Very friendly welcome from Kostas with great intel and advice and a generous amount of provisions on arrival. Cleaner came in regularly and the towels / linen changed mid point in the week as scheduled. The Air con worked beautifully throughout and the Wifi was reliable. Good washing machine and the gorgeous hot weather dries everything soooo quickly. Perfect location if you're going with teens who are up for a late night of partying and you're wanting to make sure they have a comparatively close [15 mins max], well-lit route home in the early hours. Loved this place and would definitely come again.

Slightly draconian rules about not using the pool after 7:30pm or before 10am (with comical threats of chlorine burns for those who flaunted the rules!) - It wasn't heavily policed (and the chlorine levels were perfect throughout) but this wasn't flagged anywhere before arrival so worth sharing here. I get it that you don't want late night/noisy swimming but crazy not to be allowed in the pool at sunset or an early morning swim?!? As with many villas, not enough hooks or storage for clothing. Even the bathroom seemed strangely rail free?! Also worth flagging that one of the rooms is internal with no windows so can be quite gloomy. Both none of this was a dealbreaker by any means. The location and stunning outdoor space more than makes up for it.

A beautiful location in Paxos, convenient to Gaios with magnificent views and outdoor facilities. The stay made more memorable due to the wonderful service delivered by Kostas. The master bedroom was wonderful.

The second and third bedrooms were problematic. The second one did not have airconditioning, which made it very difficult at night. The third one is an extension of the living area, with only a half screen to separate it. This is fine if you are with small children, but for adults these rooms are a problem.

Simply in one word: paradise! The location is fantastic. Beautiful villa. So well equipped. It really has everything. And the outdoor area is amazing . A dream of an infinity pool with beautiful terraces all surrounded by flowers and olive trees. Kostas, the owner, is a fantastic host. Lovely family . They also have a very nice boutique in Gaios: Almyra. Bought a wonderful pareo . Will certainly stay there again.
