Quiet and relaxing

We arrived around 2am and the keys were in a lock box which was very handy. The apartment was really lovely and fresh. The proximity to the beach was great and we loved the area. It is quite remote though and very quiet, but because of this there was always a choice of loungers at both the pool and the beach. It was lovely for us on this occasion. A car is handy.

The shower hook, however, was broken, and with only a half door on the shower, we had to stand with our back to the shower head wall and point the hose towards us or the bathroom flooded. We brought this to their attention, someone came to look but left again. We were told that it would be fixed but nobody fixed the issue.

Location, apartment size was good for x5 pax’s. Pool was clean.

No cleaning provided inside the apartment & shower had a leak, which created a smell. We had to clean & bleach.

A great place to stay

The villa is basic but clean and tidy. Has a great pool and is well situated to be able to walk a few minutes to the local beach and a few restaurants and a corner shop.

Good value, great aircon and clean.

Spacious apartment with lovely shared pool and barbecue area. Very attentive service and communications from the team.

We were there for 9 nights so we could have done with servicing mid way, but we managed to keep it clean. It only has one bathroom. It would be good to include bin bags for the toilet bins so that these can be changed daily. We bought bags but it would be good to for these to be included. There were no wine glasses but we used tumblers and if you are going to self cater the whole time, there are no serving dishes or salad bowls, so this could be limiting. But we mostly ate out so this wasn't an issue for us.

Great value and lovely pool but a bit ‘tired’

The apartment was nice, 2 ok size bedrooms and kitchen with proper hob and oven and large fridge. The pool is a good size and lovely with the shallow area and infinity effect and with a gorgeous view of Albania in the distance. And nice to have a bbq area to use. The apartment location is good, just a 5 minute walk to Agios Spiridon beach. We booked very last minute due to a change of plan and the apartments were good value. The beach is great for families. Sandy and shallow waters and similar beaches nearby. Great location for exploring the island and beautiful beaches and towns around.

There are no staff on site and I think as a result the apartments feel a bit neglected. The pool area was a bit unkempt (needed weeding, pool had sand in, sunbeds were a bit grubby, broken umbrella). Feels like people just come to clean the apartments between stays and not much general care of the whole area. The mosquitos are terrible! Not the fault of the apartments at all but something to be aware of. The area is v quiet with only a couple of restaurants.

Secluded enough that we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Very friendly staff. Great little apartment in a beautiful location. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

There were a couple of maintenance issues but the staff was extremely reactive and it didn't hinder our holiday in any way.

Dark kitchen with practically no lighting and very low ceiling dark and stuffy upper bedroom. Unless you are not below 150cm, you will be crawling there.

Where we stayed was wonderful. The accommodation very spacious, great pool The location beside beach 5 min walk super. One of the best clean safest beach ever been at. Martina in reception was wonderful. Any query she answered and organised ( transfers, day trips etc.). She made the holiday so easy.

Location limited if you don't have a car especially if travelling with children/teenagers. Area too quiet for them. Adult bed very comfortable, children's bed far too hard.

Exceptional

Lovely helpful host, Great value for money, easy to find. Beautiful property and clean pool. Location on the north next the to the beautiful beaches, hiking spots and viewpoints. Nearby small towns with cafes and restaurants. Property itself has a lot to offer as well, too bad we were travelling off season and it was still closed. From waht we could see, there are a few facilities for families with children. Would like to come again in season!

Great location and had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Convenience to family staying in Jupiter Villa. Lovely restaurant and bar close by.

Mattress was too hard. Also could have done with a net curtain on kitchen window, as our kitchen was right next to stairs leading to first floor. Had to keep curtains closed otherwise you could see right in.

Pyramid Perfect stay

Excellent experience at the pyramid and would recommend it to everyone as a must. The staff and the venue are just simply amazing and the staff will go above and beyond for their guests. We have just come back from 3 weeks on the island and had a wedding at the pyramid as we fell in love with this place 20 years ago. It was absolutely fantastic and all our guests thought so too.We also stayed in a couple of the apartments at pyramid City and the rooms are beautiful with lots of space and accessories for everything you need for self-catering. The pool area is stunning and it's also lovley and quiet for those that love to relax. The restaurant and cocktail bar is perfect and stunning to watch the sunset from there. It just is simply superb and I thank each and everyone of them for making not just our holiday perfect but also our wedding day. Look forward to next year's stay.

Perfect place for relaxation

The room was comfortable & had the essential equipments available for a nice stay. The bed was big and comfortable. The little balcony was lovely for breakfast. Maria was really helpful and we got all our questions answered super quickly. What we liked the most was the pool area & overall the properties’ surroundings. It was so nice that we had a clean and refreshing pool, which we could mostly use by ourselves, as during our stay, it seemed that we didn’t have many neighbours. Furthermore, two nice beaches were close to us, so we didn’t have to travel all those curved roads, in order to have a nice swim in the sea. The Pyramid restaurant was really good! The food & cocktails were great, the staff super nice and the sunsets and Albania in the backdrop were amazing. All the essentials you might need, can be bought from an nearby village Roda, which was max 10 minute drive away. There was one bigger and newer supermarket, which had a good selection of groceries with OK prices (can’t remember the name, but it had glass walls and it’s on the left side of the road in the village, when driving from the Pyramid).

These are not really something we didn’t like, but perhaps just something to take into consideration: - Wasps. It’s not the issue of the property, but rather the whole island’s. If you have allergies, you might want to keep an Epipen close by. Although we never got stung or anything, even though every morning they wanted to join our breakfast or other meals during the whole trip on the island. - We bought our own toilet paper, based on other reviews here. Would recommend that also, as we weren’t brought more, when the room was cleaned. - WiFi connection wasn’t the greatest, so it was sometimes a bit difficult to work. - In the apartment, there weren’t any seasonings besides the sugar. So you might wanna buy some, if you would like to cook something. - Albania is so close by that the phone service provider switched many times between those two countries. So would not recommend to keep your mobile data on all the time.

Everything, Can't fault it! From the managers dedication down to the room maids who always smiled and said hello.

Location was amazing!!! Amazing sunsets,the dining was 5 star,we went between their own beach and another larger beach within 3 minutes walk of each other. I have never met happier staff who will bend over backwards to get you anything. Cleanliness was agsin 5 star. I don't really do reviews but feel I needed to this time to compliment the whole of Pyramid City Apartments. I will be doing a full review on trip advisor as this stay here has been so pleasant for me and my family. Well done Nikolas and everyone of your staff..

Sunny, Quiet & Idyllic.

The apartment is situated in the North of the Island which is quite quiet with only a few restaurants something to bear in mind. We were happy with the apartment itself very clean and modern and the infinity pool was great. The staff were very nice and friendly and were always on hand to help. Personally, I would recommend staying a few days as we found a week too much.

We had a couple of days in which the internet didn't work. But the staff were able to fix it after 2 days. The mosquitos are also an issue on this part of the island!

Super basen, blisko do plaży, miła obsługa i to chyba tyle niestety…

Pierwsza noc spędziliśmy w innym apartamencie który był 3 razy mniejszy od zarezerwowanego i nie dostaliśmy w zamian żadnej rekompensaty. Cały obiekt ma duży potencjał, jednakże niestety czasy jego świetności już dawno minęły- słabo posprzątane- brudne naczynia, mnóstwo dziwnych much które były wszędzie i najprawdopodobniej dostawały się z zamkniętego pokoju który służył niewiadomo do czego, mało naczyń, np garnków, brudny materac, nieprzyjemny zapach praktycznie w całym apartamencie. Obsługa była miła, aczkolwiek pisząc do nich z prośbą o coś odpowiedź była po kilku h. Niestety w związku z tym że niedaleko obiektu jest jezioro to jest tam mnóstwo komarów - ale to oczywiście już nie wina obiektu tylko lokalizacji.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel und geräumig, mit einer tollen Aussicht und nur 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Der Pool war super warm und einfach großartig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
