Czysto, dostęp do wyposażonej kuchni, blisko morza, pokój zabaw dla dzieci.
Nie dotyczy to obiektu, tylko okolicy- zejścia nad morze. Nie dla osób z problemami z chodzeniem. Bardzo dużo schodów, ewentualnie bardzo strome zejście.
