Swimming pool a price were the reasons why we choose this place. There was every day more than 30 degrees.

Parking was a real challenge (SUV car), there are very tiny roads and you have to back a car to parking place or from parking place due to other cars. There is no possibility turn around the car on the parking place. Specially when they are guests who think only about them self during parking.

Quiet, peacefull place with awesome view and a great coffee you will buy just around the corner.

Silence. AWESOME view. Everything you need is super close: shop, pizza, great coffee and ice cream, local train station. The village is beautiful. If you like hiking you can start straight after leaving the building. If you want to road bike you also just need to close the door. If you want to do big mountain biking you want to ride to Latsch (ride your bike or use the train) or shuttle to some less accessible trails. You will be given free train tickets for duration of your stay which is awesome. It is located quite high from the bottom of the valley so make sure that if you are a biker you didn't skip your winter training ;). The space for bikes is limited in the special bike storage but you still will be given options.

Maybe there are some small areas for improvement, but considering how clean the place is (REALLY clean) and how many good things you will find there (not even considering the price) nothing is worth mentioning as "didn't like".

Idealna miejscówka na okres zimowy w pobliżu Maso Corto i Solda am Ortler.

Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Lokalizacja dopasowała nam do korzystania z dwóch ośrodków narciarskich (Maso Corto i Solda am Ortler). Pobliskie miasteczka pozwalały na korzystanie z restauracji i robienie codziennych zakupów. Obiekt w pełni wyposażony, zgodnie z opisem. Przy rezydencji zapewnione miejsce do parkowania.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Pool und fantastischem Ausblick vom Balkon

Ein sehr gepflegtes und super sauberes Ferienhaus mit 8 Ferienwohnungen. Es war alles vorhanden und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Erstklassig!! Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon war fantastisch. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Pool nutzen. Alexandra und Volker sind sehr herzlich und engagiert im Umgang mit den Feriengästen und halten alles bestens in Schuss. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist leider geschlossen, sodass man bis ins Unterdorf an die Hauptstraße zum Hotel Kesselwirt laufen muss zum Essen. Mit der Bahn ist man auch ohne Auto mobil, ist im Gästepass inklusive. Herzlichen Dank für die liebevolle Betreuung. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Gästehaus Simone.

Soggiorno in un mondo parallelo

Un posto tranquillo la piscina una vera coccola e la discrezione del gestore. Se avevi bisogno di qualcosa era molto celere nel rispondere. Posizione comoda anche a piedi potevi raggiungere pizzeria e piccoli negozi passando su stradine asfaltate dove ammirare i meleti. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fuori dal mondo per il paesaggi ed i posti incantevoli.

In casa metterei lavatrice e un catino per panni così se si vuole lavare qualcosa anche a mano è più comodo...

🌟 Séjour parfait dans un cadre idyllique ! 🌟

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence de vacances. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans le logement ou dans les espaces communs. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, en pleine montagne, avec une vue à couper le souffle — idéal pour se ressourcer. La piscine est un vrai plus, parfaitement entretenue et très agréable après une journée de randonnée. Quant aux équipements, tout y est : cuisine bien équipée, literie confortable, espaces extérieurs soignés… Rien ne manque ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour un séjour au calme, en pleine nature, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bagno piccolo, assenza del bidet, doccia stretta, letti e cuscini scomodi (divano letto matrimoniale con materasso alto non più di 10 cm. inaccettabile), 14€ al giorno per un cane di piccola taglia, eccessivo (consiglio: il costo andrebbe specificato prima della prenotazione essendo poi questa non cancellabile).

Idyllisch, ruhig und familienfreundlich

Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein kleiner ruhiger Ort in der Nähe zu vielen Ausflugszielen. Spielplätze und ein Fußballplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein kleiner Einkaufladen zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen. Gibt alles was man braucht inklusive frischen Brötchen. Sehr nette Vermieter, mit denen man sich gerne unterhält. Pool wird täglich gereinigt und ist ganz klasse für unsere zwei Jungs gewesen.

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Wir sind zu 12 über Silvester angereist und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. U

Ausreichend Platz für vier Personen mit Hund. Wer mit einer Gruppe reist, kann den Gemeinschaftsraum gut nutzen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Wenige Meter entfernt starten schöne Wanderwege.

An der Unterkunft selber gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Für Hundebesitzer ist die Lage für ein schnelles Geschäft etwas schwierig, da die Unterkunft mitten im Ort liegt. Doch nach ein paar Metern findet man auch grüne Flecken für den Hund.

Vista dal terrazzo da cartolina, gestori gentilissimi, struttura pulitissima, posizione gradevole in quanto panoramica e strategica sulla valle, piscina un angolo di relax che ci siamo goduti tanto, e l'appartamento era ben attrezzato.

Bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Mieliśmy wszystko co nam było potrzebne. Super widok z balkonu. W budynku znajduje się sala do tensa stołowego - super na rodzinne turnieje w niepogodne dni. Dwa kroki od apartamentu znajduje się sklep i pizzeria. Apartament dysponuje własnym prywatnym parkingiem. Bardzo fajne miejsce i dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber , kleine Wohnung aber völlig ausreichend und komplett ausgestattet . Alles war sauber und ordentlich . Ein wunderschöner Ausblick. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden es weiterempfehlen.
