The swimming pool facilities were excellent. The apartment was spotless and well decorated with most household items you would require.
We we’re not informed that this was a private rental and when we went to book I at reception we were told to call a number! We had to find the number which took 20 minutes and the lady did not speak English, she took 15 mins to arrive!! This was not explained to us when booking! Unfortunately we locked our key in the apartment and the front door had a static handle so we couldn’t get back in!! Again I rang the lady! She said she would get a locksmith and met us at apartment once keys were retrieved, we thanked her and apologised. Later in the afresh text to say we owed 10,000 forints 😱 I asked for a receipt so she then demanded 12,800forints! We paid 10,000 which is extortion here!!! We we’re not happy and it definitely spoiled our break . Also no hot water in apartment only warm!!!
