El confort ofrecido por la vivienda fue mucho mejor del esperado, además el acondicionamiento era perfecto. Aunque lejos del núcleo central de Huéscar fue fácil encontrar sitio para comer y para comprar.
Aún habiendo servicios cerca no estaba tan completo como podría, al encontrarse cerca de un polígono y no del centro urbano y social. Sin embargo los servicios ofrecidos suplen este problema de locaclización.
