Unbeatable location at one of Australia's most beautiful beaches on the unspoiled NSW South Coast.
This rare massive beachfront house backs directly onto the beautiful white sands of 'Gannet Beach' with no road to cross to get there.
The house is so large it is suitable for two families or even work retreats or club outings.
3 large living areas upstairs and decks on all 4 sides of the compass mean there are plenty of spaces for larger groups to sit together or those wanting some privacy to sit apart.
The North aspect has great water views up the coast and onto another beautiful beach - 'Cormorant Beach'.
Downstairs has another large games room with table tennis and darts as well as a double sofa bed.
Large open kitchen with views north, island bench, gas cook top
5 large bedrooms - beds for 12 comfortably. NOTE BYO sheets, pillow cases and towels.
2 bathrooms - large main & ensuite to main bedroom
3 large living areas upstairs
Downstairs games room with table tennis.
Great decks and plenty of windows to capture the views and catch the sea breeze and keep the house nicely ventilated without stuffy air conditioning. Low allergen house - timber floors, no smoking or pets.
There are both internal and external stairs giving easy up and down access.

We’ve stayed here a few times - love the short stroll to many beaches - amazing views, big kitchen and lots of different areas to sit … awesome for families

either way you walk there is a beach and lots of beautiful things to do- the house is large and allows a few families to stay and have a great time - we've been before and we will be back again next year too!!! love it here

Great location. Great size.
BBQ was not clean or usable.
Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy.
Plenty of space to relax, however the could do with a good spring clean.
Some items listed are misleading. Kids plates (not really), porta cot (average condition) BBQ (not usable on this visit)
All in all, it was a great weekend and these issues didn't ruin it.
Great place, could just do with a little attention or to have the listing updated.
