About this house rental
Our home is a very comfortable split foyer home. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has an HD washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a gas grill on the deck, and it has a small backyard for you to relax in with a fire pit. There is a 47" LCD TV downstairs with Spectrum cable and high-speed internet. All linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes and silverware are included. We are sure that your stay will be comfortable!

Our stay was wonderful! We were in Owatonna for a family wedding. The house is immaculately clean--which I truly appreciate--and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit down to breakfast with our children and 2 grandchildren instead of being at a crowded "hotel" breakfast. I highly recommend this property!!

Several members in our family (kids - adults) were able to stay at this residence recently. There was more than enough space for all seven of us; the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was a plus. The residence was extremely clean and outfitted with all the basic necessities we needed during our time there. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we asked or comments we shared; this simple fact helped make our stay very comfortable and relaxing.We would HIGHLY recommend this residence as an option to anyone looking for a larger place for a family to gather while visiting areas in or near Owatonna. If our situation leads us to Owatonna again in the future, we will certainly look to stay at this residence again.Much thanks to the owners and those others who help maintain this property for those of us who travel.
