Convenient location if looking for a place in Bentota. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room and amenities were 9.5/10. Would recommend 100%

Staff and manager were very helpful - swimming pool ok too.
We stayed in 3br villa which has seen better days. Kitchen was very stuffy Too many mosquitoes so could not enjoy outdoors in evening (though staff did provide mosquito coils)
