Great value for money and a good location for a stay in Athens

The apartment was great and far exceeded my exceptions. Nikolas was helpful and friendly, and met me at the property to show me around. The apartment was very clean and much more spacious than expected. A very nice touch were the toiletries and bits in the fridge. It was also nice to have a small outdoor space. The location feels more local then touristy, which I enjoyed - with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also close to supermarkets and metro station. I only stayed a night, but would definitely recommend to others and would stay again on future trips to Athens!

The washing machine unfortunately did not work and there was no kettle, but other than that, everything was great.

Very nice district and cozy flat

Great location in a nice and calm district close to the old town; clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the windows are on the bottom of the street and it’s quite noisy but we were aware of that. The flat has everything you may need. I would recommend it for the next stay.

The size, the layout, the style, the furniture, the comfort, the patio, the coziness, the supplies, the appliances... I just needed the place for one night but I could definitely stay here for a month or two.

The one and only detail, space for the shower is limited and gets invaded by the curtain. With a bathroom screen, this place would be just perfect.

Quiet apartment for travellers looking to see Athens and stay far (but not too far!) from the crowds

Quiet area of Athens with decent availability of public transportation to get to the main tourist areas (or 30-40 minute walk). Supermarket and a few good restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equiped with useful house appliances for travelers staying for longer (stove, oven, washing machine, WiFi, TV with Netflix. All that provided by a very communicative and hospitable host (and his lovely mum!), who stayed in touch through the whole stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment is located on the bottom floor, so a few privacy issues may arise, but all are manageble by blinds and courtains!

It is the little things that make this place special. The fruits and chocolate in the fridge, the aspirin and other things in the bathroom. From the moment you enter the house though it is on the ground floor you can feel the warmth and a welcoming sense. Highly recommend it.

This was a very good place to sleep in Athene. The place was just 5 minutes from the main square and the historical site. Our trip was amaizing and this place was our main base :)

Really cozy appartment great walking distance from acropolis (30mins) but metro station was also close!

It was like lower than the first floor so there were no sunshine inside neither in the "terrace" But we got enough in the city

spacious property with homely feel. Host is very hospitable and leaves water, cleaning essentials for a stay at home, away from home. Apartment is in central athens and close to both a metro and supermarket in a friendly Greek neighborhood. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby and the apartment is decorated really nice.

Bad experience with cleaness and cockroaches and host attitude

Location was good, internet was good

Good location but not clean. In the first day we noticed that the bathroom was not clean. There was pieces of nails and the toilet cover was broken so that it was hurtful to sit on it. And the host reacted promptly and fixed those two problems but it was unpleasant for us. Everything seemed not well cleaned for us to enjoy this stay. After that we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen we had food laying on table and had to throw everything away and we couldn't use the kitchen anymore because having cockroaches for us is not acceptable for hygiene reasons. We contacted the host and he told us that this is something normal in this period of time when in summer old buildings go through disinfection. We asked to get a refund for the remaining 2 days but the host agreed only to return one day of stay even though we explained that we cannot use the apartment since we cannot use the kitchen anymore because there are cockroaches and we cannot stay there anymore and we need to book something else instead that is cleaner he replied that he cannot do a refund for the remaining 2 days as this is his policy because he cannot do a refund anytime when somebody will report a bug (seems like it is something normal to see a few cockroaches in the kitchen) For us this is not an acceptable approach towards guests because this is a holiday and the lack of cleanness and cockroaches destroy all the good mood and shouldn't be something normal. Eventually we had extra expenses because of this situation which I believe is the host problem and not ours. Eventually we left the property 2 days before our checkout date the host told us he will only refund our last day. He told us this happened the first time when somebody reported cockroaches but at the same time he didn't give it an importance and repair the damage and refund the remaining 2 days. This shows that the host doesn't put the guest on the first level of importance and is driven by profit.

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα. Καινούριο και πλήρως εξοπλισμενο. Έχει όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζονται για να έχεις μια άνετη διαμονή..ο ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικος, ήρθε να μ ανοίξει και να με υποδεχτει και ήταν πολύ βοηθητικος. Έμεινα ένα βράδυ μόνο αλλά ένιωσα πολύ όμορφα κ άνετα λες κ ήμουν σπίτι μου. Επίσης, είναι πολύ κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό σταθμό των Πετραλωνων στα 5 λεπτά..κάτι που είναι φοβερά εξυπηρετικο..

Είναι ισογειο διαμέρισμα κ γενικώς εμένα δεν είναι τόσο στα γούστα μου τα ισόγεια λόγω φωτισμου. Παρόλα αυτά είναι ένα πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα που θα τ ξαναπροτιμουσα!! Έχει ελάχιστη φασαρία απ τν δρόμο αλλά τ βράδυ είναι πολύ ήσυχα ειδικά μετά τ μεσάνυχτα κ δεν μ δυσκόλεψε καθόλου στον υπνο..το δρομάκι είναι ήσυχο και όχι κάποια κεντρική πολυβουη οδός!

La casa sporca, piena di oggetti inutili ( smalti per unghie, libri, oggetti di natale, ciabatte e vestiti personali) ..forse privata. Porte che non si chiudevano, soprattutto quella del bagno. Cose rotto attaccate con lo scoth. La casa sotto strada, buia e triste. L'edificio puzzolente. Scarafaggi. La persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi facendoci quasi aspettare non ci ha dato nemmeno uno scontrino quando gli abbiamo pagato la seconda parte del tot. Siamo andati via prima

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario

La ubicación es muy buena y está muy bien comunicado. Además es una zona agradable con muchas tiendas y desde donde puedes llegar dando un paseo a los sitios turísticos. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días.

Solo que hacía un poco de frío, a pesar de tener aparato de calefacción en el salón. En el baño además, estaba la ventana rota y no se podía cerrar, por lo que ahí, sí que hacía más fresquito.
