Durie Vale Retreat - Spa Pool, Scenic View, BBQ, Sky TV

Location was fantastic. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. The house was immaculate and was perfect for a group of 3 ladies who required separate rooms.Beautiful setting . It was particularly cold and we appreciated the electric blankets and extra heaters. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. The property was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail really stood out and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take great pride in providing an exceptional experience. One of those rare places where the photos don't quite do it justice. Our favourite part was soaking in the spa each evening, it was the perfect way to unwind after a full day exploring the area, and it made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable stay, we'll definitely be back!

Owner wasn’t nice was very rude they judged me by the colour of my skin I ended up leaving much earlier than I wanted and when I was leaving the owner stoped us jumped in front of our car as I was leaving and asked why we were leaving I told him that we had to to get home to our kids but it was really cause we felt uncomfortable do not recommend this spot if your from Wanganui
