Excellent location directly on the shore of Lake Lipno with beautiful lake views. Convenient parking right next to the building. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and functional. We especially enjoyed the balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the lake. The room also included a kettle, cups and sugar. A good base for exploring the Lipno area.
The room was much more basic than expected for the price and felt more like a holiday cottage than a guesthouse. Several light bulbs were not working, and only a very small amount of toiletries was provided for a two-night stay. Breakfast was very simple, with a limited selection and no fruit, juice or sweet options. Housekeeping and overall attention to detail could be improved.

Das Personal war nett. Das Frühstück war einfach aber ausreichend. Befremdlich war, dass im Fahrradkeller gefrühstückt wurde. Die Lage war zentral und gut.
Leider war es im Bad nicht sauber (Spiegel, Dusche). Die Betten waren sehr hart und unbequem. Wir hatten leider nur Regen und konnten nicht viel raus. Nur zum schlafen wäre die Unterkunft in Ordnung gewesen, wenn man sich aber doch ehr mehr dort aufhalten muss ist es nicht so gemütlich und einladend. Wir sind daher auch ehr abgereist.
