There is a 500 square foot third floor King Master Suite with a private balcony overlooking Lewis Bay with gorgeous sunsets. A second King Master Suite on first floor with sliders to a private patio deck. Also offers a loft bedroom with views of Lewis Bay, Queen room with sliders to private deck, Double twin room, and Triple twin room round out the private sleeping accommodations.
Second level open floor plan with Fireplace living room. dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook all with water views. Prepare special meals in our gourmet appointed kitchen with massive granite countertop island and enjoy your family dinner at our table for 12. After dinner enjoy your dessert on the large second level outside deck with water views.
An oversized Family Room with cathedral ceiling, arched windows and skylights, complete with HD large screen TV and dolby sound bar also includes a "puzzle table" for those occasional rainy days. A first floor den with HD TV provides an alternate entertainment area. Both Family room and Den include pull out queen sofa beds, for additional guests.
The home is located in the exclusive Great Island gated community and offers three private beaches, one on Lewis Bar just feet from the house, and two on Nantucket Sound, just a short walk away. We provide wheeled beach carts for your convenience. A terrific and safe location for families.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We enjoyed ourselves even in January. It was a great set up for two families with a range of kids under 5. Would love to stay again.

Our annual Christmas getaway was just as fabulous as our past visits! Our surprise this year was new appliances. We appreciated the larger fridge and the stove/oven was a much needed upgrade. The chefs among our group were thrilled to take on meal prep. Mother Nature also put on a show. We enjoyed a winter wonderland from the cozy comfort of this home.Thanks for sharing your lovely property, Steve! We hope to return next year.
