The location of the property was fantastic, a quick 2 minute walk down into town. The house was quirky and unique. We loved the coloured walls and artwork. Definitely a bit of an older house, however it had such a good charm.

Great location with private parking and very friendly owner who replies quickly. There were wine and snacks with check in and we could use the parking after check out which was very nice.
Overall very overpriced and it feels as a rip off to us. Bathroom and kitchen needs renovation. With 6 people staying you can't take a shower after 3 people had theirs because of a shortage of hot water. Also the shower overfloods and carpet gets wet. It's not a problem, but then you would at least expect A. renovate/ fix these problems or B. ask a reasonable price. We paid too much (1490nzd a night) for what it was worth. Stayed in better places for much cheaper. Left a bitter aftertaste.
