Welcome to your perfect summer lake retreat! Located on a peaceful stretch of Norris Lake - just 5 minutes by boat from Powell Valley Marina - this beautifully appointed 4BR/3.5BA home offers the rare luxury of no-stairs access straight to the water. Whether you're boating, swimming, or soaking in the sun, this is the place to make lifelong memories.
A gently sloped, concrete path leads just 250 feet from the home to your private two-story dock. Enjoy a covered boat slip, two jet ski docks, a top-deck slide, and jump gate - all designed for all-day summer fun. Lounge chairs on the dock and lower deck invite you to relax with a good book or catch every moment of lakefront action.
Inside, you’ll find spacious open living areas, a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances (2024), granite countertops, and a large dining area perfect for family meals. The main-level master suite features a king bed and spa-style bath with a huge walk-in shower. Every main-floor room opens to a massive 55-foot deck—partially covered for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or shaded relaxation.
Downstairs is designed for fun and comfort: a large game room with a 60” TV, ping pong table, wet bar with fridge, and new queen sleeper sofa. A second king suite, bunk room, and third king bedroom provide flexible space for families or groups.

Scott was very communicative and helpful. The only issue that I had which wasn't a huge deal, was I originally communicated with Gary(the original owner) and was sent a different rental agreement. The day we got there, Scott sent me an agreement that stated we needed to bring our own bathing towels which was then too late. The only thing that I would put in the agreement is to bring any sort of towel with you. Weather its a face towel, hand towel or washcloth. Other than that, we loved the house and the location!

Lake house is exactly as described...perfect for our Labor Day weekend - VERY spacious & updated!! The smokeless firepit was amazing & the chairs are sturdy. The paved walkway down to the dock was awesome, but be aware there are certain spots that have a serious grade (**Use caution w/younger children, elderly or handicapped)

Check in was incredibly easy. Kitchen was very spacious and very well equipped. We really liked the first floor layout.

We love this house and have stayed here the last two summers. However, we do not plan to stay again. This is a narrow channel of the lake that leads right to the marina. Our boats got ROCKED all week by boats going by fast and with big wakes. This is not the fault of the house, but something to consider. Everyone gets out of the marina's no wake zone and hammers by this row of houses.
