House was super cute. Parking was good, was able to get truck with enclosed trailer and another big vehicle in with still enough room for another. House had everything we needed and plenty of room. Short cut trail behind house to get to beach was easy. Restaurant and grocery were close by.
Only downfall was the pool was cloudy/green on arrival but the guy came out next day to treat. Checked on it daily. it was cleared by the time we left. The Roku didn’t work in the master bedroom and wasn’t fixed.
Nothing to stop our fun and would come back for sure. Yes I would recommend this house.

Suntastic was a great house for our needs. We had 8 people and a dog. Rooms were comfortable and cool. There was no lingering animal smell and the house was clean and neat. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and appliances if you love to cook. There are games and puzzles and the Dish TV worked great. Even though it’s in a cul-de-sac with 4 other houses, it is very private-set back off the street and woods all around it. Thank you! We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay with family! It rained a lot throughout the week, but made the most of time in the pool and on the beach. Would have loved to walk the trail to the beach, but was flooded with rain waters.

Great house, nice pool and hot tub. Everything you need is here at the house. Theres a short cut path behind the house to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. Will hopefully be coming back next year.
