Avium Old Town Apartments

Location was great. It had the best conditions, it was very clean and the host was easy to deal with.

Nothing to dislike. It’s was great!

Great comfortable and quiet apartment that’s just a short walk from the centre of the city. Lots of shops, bars and so on near by, also very close to a tram stop. The apartment was very clean with a very comfortable bed.

Nothing much really

The location of the property is amazing. The building feels safe. It’s a quiet street in the city center. There is a Starbucks downstairs, a specialty coffee place next door, and a small store across the street. A tram stop is literally 2 mins away, and there’s a bunch of restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself is lovely and a good choice if traveling alone. It was a bit chilly, but the host quickly provided the remote to the AC (to get some hot air circulation) when asked.

The entrance to the apartment is through the shared balcony, which is not a problem in itself, but the windows face that direction, so one has to keep the blinds shut at all times for the people passing by not to see inside the apartment. Also, as I mentioned, it does get a bit chilly in the room, but again, this was resolved by the host. Kitchen appliances are a bit worn out (the non-stick pan could not be used due to the non-stick layer having deep scratches, I which is unsafe for one’s health). The pots were dirty, along with some plates and small spoons. Which is a bit odd considering that the apartment has a dishwasher. Also, if you are a big tea person, bring your own, as they only have black tea of not very good quality.

Small nice place to sleep. Very close to old town where the party is at!
