Beautiful and all equipped house/cottage at Ciudad Guzman's countryside. Located just 5 minutes driving from the entrance of Nevado de Colima Mountain National Park, in Spanish "Parque Nacional Nevado de Colima" and 15 minutes from Ciudad Guzman.
ENERGY: This property is eco-friendly in the sense that is self sustainable in electricity and water. It uses a solar panels and batteries system to generate electricity and also captures clean countryside rain water to keep water deposits full at all times. Alternatively it has an emergency gasoline power plant just in case. Fridge works with natural gas.
SECURITY: Theres a housekeeper/gardener who lives there in a side little house, part of the property and he is there 24/7 for whatever you need.
FULL EQUIPPED HOUSE: all what you need at the kitchen (coffee maker, grinder, oven, stove, fridge, full crockery , etc. , boiler for hot water, washing machine, 2 chimneys (inside and outside), WIFI INTERNET, phone, TV (local channels only), grill, ground grill, electric heaters, and more.
