About this apartment rental
The CARUSO APARTMENT is approximately 160 square meters, spacious and bright, located in the heart of Sorrento just a few meters from the beach. It has 3 bathrooms and is ideal for up to 6 people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WI-FI and Television. Just 400 meters from the apartment, there is a private garage with 1 parking space.
GROUND FLOOR
THE LIVING ROOM is luminous. It has a dining table for six people, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating and WI-FI. The living room has a window overlooking the city. Here you will also find the kitchenette.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, a fridge / freezer, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an American coffee machine and the moka.
THE FIRST BEDROOM has two single beds (they can be joined upon request), a television, air conditioning, heating and a window overlooking the city. Access to the bedroom is from the living room.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a washbasin, bidet, shower, toilet and washing machine. Access to the bathroom is from the living room.
FIRST FLOOR
(to reach the first floor from the ground floor there is an internal staircase of about 15 steps).
THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, TV, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, air conditioning, heating and TV. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
On the roof of the apartment you will find a small balcony equipped with 2 sun chairs, a small table and an external shower. You will reach the balcony from the first floor, going up 5 small stairs.
Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 3.00 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 50. 00 euro to be paid at the arrival.

The location of the apartment is ideal in Sorrento. The apartment is spacious and with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms well suited to all types of groups. There is an internal staircase to 2 bedrooms and common room. One bedroom is on the entry level with the kitchen. The apartment is located up 2 flights of stairs from the entry level.

The location was great.
Our group all all 75+ years old and the online listing did not tell us about the 27 steps we had to clime in order to reach the apartment, or that the living room was on the second floor of the apartment.
The check-in host did not know how the tv worked or where to buy coffee for the 4 cup coffee pot or the pod style coffee brewer. She said she would find out where to buy the coffee filters but never came back to tell us so we had to buy coffee at the restaurant below the apartment every morning.
The shower in the window less bedroom was showing rust around the door and floor.
Over all the apartment was less than we expected and not up to par with the other apartments we stayed in Florence and Rome.
