This individual Landaise house called "Les Roitelets", on one level for your holidays with a surface area of ??96 m², it consists of: an entrance, a hallway, a living / dining room with a fireplace (non-functional), a separate fitted kitchen, a first bedroom with 2 90/190 beds (south facing), a second east-facing bedroom with 1 140/190 bed, a third bedroom with 1 140/190 bed 190, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a master suite with 1 bed 140/190 and a bathroom.
All on an enclosed plot of 836 m² with a covered terrace of 20 m² facing south and an adjoining garage. A stone barbecue is at your disposal to enjoy the summer!!!
