Toller Pool. Gute Lage. 2 Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.
1 Bett hat gequietscht. Das kann der Vermieter aber bestimmt schnell beheben.

L'appartement est très bien situé, a de l'air conditionné dans chacune des trois chambres ainsi que dans le salon. Il y a deux salles de douche et une toilette séparée (donc 3 toilettes en tout !). La cuisine est adéquate (bien que les poêles aient vu de meilleurs jours) et tout l'intérieur est moderne et est fait avec goût.
Un balcon privatif pour la chambre principale et une terrasse avec vue sur la magnifique piscine, qui est nettoyée et vérifiée plusieurs fois par semaine par un service dédié.
Le propriétaire parle un anglais parfait et est très à l'écoute.
Les locataires précédents avaient laissé des choses désagréable dans la cuisine. Mais dès que nous l'avions signalé, le propriétaire a proposé d'envoyer un service nettoyage (que nous avons choisi de refuser), donc tout impeccable.

Loved the pool, separate ac units inside so everyone could adjust the temperature to their liking, proximity to the beach and supermarkets.
