Vast view of the wide Sandy beach, and miles of Ocean full of boats, birds, and swimmers, both human, fish and dolphins. NO TRAFFIC allowed.
The building contains a fabulous lobby, a large and elegant club room, well-equipped gym, a library and a pool room. The pool is surrounded by adequate lounges, chairs and umbrellas!
The area contains a variety of restaurants and clubs. Seafood is abundant. The race fans are at home in the area with the Daytona race track within a 30-minute drive. In fact, the original Nascar race took place on this very beach. The northbound leg was on the beach and the Southbound was on the road. The 'Northturn Restaurant' marks the spot where the north turn was.

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean sunrise from the sixth floor balcony. Very nice 2-bedroom with plenty of room and amenities like the excerise room and pool area. Very peaceful complex and everyone is friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Our host, Mr. Harold, is the absolute BEST!!! We could not have asked for a better beach experience. We loved the location and the exceptional view of the ocean/beach. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our month stay. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We will definitely return for another stay in the future!!!

Loved the balcony overlooking ocean! Slept with glass door open and could hear the waves lull me to sleep. Woke up to sunrise! No complaints. Had everything you need!

We have stayed at beachfront properties in various locations near Daytona but never in Ponce Inlet. This condo and the surrounding area did not disappoint! The no-drive beach is beautiful and relaxing. The building is quiet. The unit itself is comfortable and well-appointed. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.
