I don’t know where to start! WOW!! Everything was exceptional! Starting with the amazing staff- there wasn’t even one staff member who wasn’t extremely nice! Everywhere you go they greet you, and everyone is so willing to help with everything. Continuing with the hotel itself - the gym is open 24/7, the main pool is beautiful, and of course, our amazing room. Everything was clean and well maintained. Also, the breakfast is one of the bests I’ve ever encountered! Huge variety, everything’s fresh, and the coconuts

The service from the entire staff, from beginning to end, was amazing.

Cons: There is no air conditioning in the dining room. The bed has a very large wooden frame, and we kept bumping our legs into it. This is especially inconvenient for older guests and could be improved. Despite these points, the place is absolutely beautiful.

Great experience. Excellent attentive staff with incredible attention to detail. Pool was lovely, with swim up bar, which stay open till late. Nice beach and good location for Fisherman’s village and night market. Free shuttle bus is a bonus.

We experienced poor service one evening at the restaurant, but staff were very apologetic and handled the situation well in the end.

Very disappointing and far from authentic. We felt more like walking wallets than valued guests. Impossible to get a late check-out despite many rooms being available, the restaurant prices are excessive, and the spa massages were poor quality while costing up to five times more than those in the street. Very disappointing value for money.
