The property location is excellent.
The rooms on the lower floor are a bit too dark but the staff accommodated me on a higher floor.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Nikhil, and the food was also good.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The bathroom was also not clean, and the room had an unpleasant smell. In addition, the room rates were quite high for the quality provided. My stay was also affected by a wedding event at the hotel, which caused significant noise and disturbance. However, I appreciate that the staff moved me to another room for my final night, as my stay was only for two nights
