Luxury apartment Alduk close to Znjan beach with the sea view

Great apartment owner was extremely nice period Wi-Fi work well period the only time we had an issue was with the hot water but that's because my daughter turned this switch off.

Whats there not to like? First off, amazing communications both before during and after while not being "too much". The host is very committed to ensuring we had a good stay and his communication and suggestions showed that. Also I appreciated that it wasn't pushy, just a few things to enable us if needed. I always felt like I could reach out and probably have an answer in just a few minutes if not immediately. The location is great. You have 3 local groceries, on is across the street, like youd go barefoot if it wouldnt be rude. Nice little shop, lots of food options, the next is maybe 2 blocks away in the opposite direction and the third is big and has lots of options as well as a McDonalds. Honestly I expected to not go but the kids wanted an Ubbe drink they could only get here so there you go if you need that. The mall of Split is maybe 15 minutes away on foot, very easy walk and just about anything you can think of needing. The bus apparently takes you to historic Split old town for free so look into that for transportation here and back. I was a bit concerned at first for the distance from old town but honestly ubers were cheaper than the regular bus for my group and the price is a savings vs staying down there. Its also so much less touristy and theres no drunk idiots wandering around. Its a neighborhood. Quiet at night and routine activities in the day. Again, Uber is only a few euros, not a big deal and cheaper than alot of other options. You have Znjan beach a short walk down the hill. It was nice not being stuck at a more crowded place like Bacvice beach and it is a super nice place with a huge floating complex thats free and had a lifeguard. Great crowd and vibe, nobody was too loud, lots of families but also young people, everyone just enjoying the water or sunbathing. The place is super classy. I honestly was alittle worried it was a scam when I saw it because it looks so nice.

Lovely view of mountains on the way out of the neighbourhood. Location was fine - 20 min walk to the Mall of Split and 15 min taxi to city centre. Host was helpful and the accommodation was spacious.

Toilet and bath/shower were not clean and bath wouldn't drain well when in the shower so stuck with dirty water. Lovely host tried to help but to no avail.
