A landlord is a polite and friendly but very strict about using an aircondition.

Great view to the bay from balcony and great location close to the Klačna luka beach (walking distance). Close to the ferry port and good starting location to explore the island.

Facilities are a little worn out it needs some refurnished. Kitchen utensils are limited. A new pan is essential. It has a nice private enter to the sea from the yard but it would be beneficial to make the shower working at the exit (installation already done).

Beautiful spot for a peaceful break

Location was perfect-10 minutes walk from the village, and with a private swimming spot accessible by steps. The view was stunning.

In an ideal world, the electric hob might have been better- I gave up trying to cook scrambled eggs after 10 minutes. But there is a microwave. Also insufficient plug sockets so the kettle had to be unplugged to use the microwave, there were too few sockets to charge devices and so on. But not major issues- just small niggles.

Exceptional

The apartment was comfortable and really clean, close to the ferry port. We loved the private descent to the beach and the balcony in front of the sea, you can eat listening to the waves. The quietness and the silence are wonderful. The owners were really welcoming and kind, but we didn't need anything, because everything was just perfect.

Fabulous views and privacy - we loved it

We loved our stay at Apartments Filipović. Breathtaking views, kind and hospitable owners, a comfortable bed, a balcony AND a terrace, a shop and restaurants 10 min away on foot. Every apartment is equipped in everything you need, has a separate entrance and is quiet. The place is not suitable for families with small children but perfect for couples.

Some guests lack basic manners therefore sharing 3 sunbeds between 3 apartments can be tricky as there is no proper beach nearby. A change every 3 hours could be suggested by the owners - it would solve the problem. Baking for 3 hours in full sun is more than enough and you can still enjoy the sun on your balcony or your terrace.

Situation et vue idyllique

Nous avons été enchantés par le cadre et la situation de l'appartement, idyllique, avec une vue sublime sur la baie de Sobra dont on peut profiter depuis les deux magnifiques terrasses (une devant, l'autre sur le côté), et un accès privé à la mer. Place de parking devant l'entrée (quelques escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement). Le minuscule et charmant petit port de Sobra est tout proche à pied (à noter que le port des ferrys est un peu plus loin, à 5 mn en voiture ou 30 mn à pied). Il y a un autre appartement à côté, avec une entrée distincte.

Un regret : le bloc de la climatisation, commune aux deux appartements contigus, était placé sur notre terrasse (de devant), ce qui était assez bruyant, surtout avec des personnes qui avaient la désagréable habitude de la faire marcher toute la journée, même quand ils n'étaient pas présents dans l'appartement, au mépris de leur hôte et des règles affichées sur la porte, au mépris de l'environnement, et de leurs voisins. Heureusement qu'il y avait l'autre terrasse...
