The sheets and towels were old and broken with stains and holes. Mattresses and pillows were super old and dirty. Staff were not very kind, we actyally saw they were even fighting there in front of clients, poor customer service.

Só do café da manhã no dia seguinte.

Me foi vendido como última opção quarto duplo, mas quando cheguei, vi que tinha opções de quartos para ficar sozinho e mais barato. Os elevadores estavam muito sujos; Fiquei no 302 e já a porta abria com dificuldade, tendo que força toda vez para abrir e fechar; ao entrar vi um armário todo quebrado e sujo, além de conter dois edredons que totalmente sujos e mal cheirosos; me foi oferecido apenas uma toalha de banho e um pequeno sabonete, sem shampoo, sem kit pasta de dente, sem toalha de rosto; o banheiro estava com vazamento e goteira pelo forro do teto de uma água que não sei se era limpa ou suja de cima; os lençóis da cama estava muito finos e com mal-cheiro também; o ambiente do quarto em si estava com cheiro de mofo.

A localização é muito boa, as acomodações são simples mas limpas e amplas.

O café da manhã só é servido as 6:30. Para quem foi trabalhar, como nós, e tínhamos que estar no trabalho as 6 horas, saímos em jejum. Nem um gole de café foi possível as 5:45. Acho que o horário de início do café deveria ser as 6 horas.

Já sabia que as instalações não eram muito boas, mas esperava que pelo menos a roupa de cama e banho fosse apresentável. Os edredons estavam sujos e fedorentos, sem condição de uso. A toalha de banho péssima, os travesseiros com plástico barulhento, o box imundo. Na verdade, o hotel precisa de reforma. Ele fica num lugar bom, mas está sombrio, sem vida, mal arrumado, colchões velhos pelos corredores.

Reservei o hotel com o booking, a reserva consta cafe da manhã e estacionamento gratuito, chegamos por volta das 20:30 do dia 09/5 Na recepção foi informado que o carro não caberia no estacionamento,e sugerido a deixar na rua, informei que não ia deixa pq paguei com a opção de estacionar e não ia deixa na rua, depois de muito bate boca a menina da recepção chamou o cara que fica no estacionamento e acreditem meu carro cabia e ainda tinha mais umas 4 vagas vazias e durante o tempo que fiquei na recepção a abençoada mandou dois hóspedes guardar o carro já frente do hotel porque noa tinha vaga Absurdo de ruim mesmo pra somente uma noite Quarto sem estrutura, falta de educação dos funcionários e péssimo serviço, não recomendo nem pra uma passagem rápida na cidade como foi nosso caso.Nota zero

Sem empatia no atendimento. Acomodações sujas e com cheiro ruim provenientes dos ralos de esgoto. Elevadores sujos. Café da manhã de baixa qualidade. Estacionamento de difícil acesso para entrar e sair.

Há muito pouco a elogiar. Tudo lá é muito complicado. Desde a entrada na garagem onde existe uma "reserva" de vagas obscura. Lá vale a máxima "Todos são iguais perante a lei. Mas, tem uns que são mais iguais do que os outros"

O café da manhã é um lixo. Todos os ingredientes são de muito baixa qualidade. Não existe horário certo para o início do café da manhã. Vi muitas pessoas irem trabalhar sem o café pois o serviço estava atrasado. Da mesma forma, vi pessoas (incluindo eu mesmo que dentro do horário não pudemos tomar o café da manhã pois tudo já havia acabado. E a comunicação desse fato foi seca e ríspida. As funcionários não tem nenhum um pingo de cortesia. Fazem de tudo para mostrar que estão mal satisfeitas e passam a tratar mal todos os hóspedes.

Acesso para a garagem sem identificação; garagem muito apertada; muito material extra ocupando a área da garagem; limpeza ruin; etc A recepção fica de frente para uma rua movimentada, e não tem nenhum local pra parar e nenhuma informação pra guiar até o portão da garagem nos fundos que fica fechada. Como eu tinha outras pessoas no carro, uma desceu pra se identificar e eu fiquei rodando de carro no quarteirão até que conseguisse acessar a garagem.

Chuveiro velho, queimado e jogando água por onde não era para sair. Quarto com cheiro de mofo. Travesseiro mofado no guarda-roupas. Falta de troco. Fui pegar uma bebida pra pode compensar a falta de troco, e as bebidas da geladeira estavam quase todas vencidas e a funcionária quando avisei, ficou com cara fechada e com desdém. Enrolado demais para fazer o checkin, mesmo estando apenas eu para ser atendido, e demorou quase 30 minutos. 1 elevador não estava funcionando.
