We rented this villa as a large group of 14, Grandparents, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and it was perfect for what we needed and more. The host was exceptional, great communication from start to finish. Let us leave our luggage on early arrival and on late departure The villa is in our opinion in the perfect location, literally the first property on a beautiful up market street that leads to the beach as well as being within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars and all the water sports spots. The super market literally next door was an absolute god send when you are a party of 14, you can almost take the trolly to the back gate and unload your water and food without worrying about walking 15 minutes in 30 degrees. The villa has everything you will need and things you didn’t think you needed but do. The air conditioning was brilliantly cold and the beds large and comfortable. The garden and pool were fantastic with balcony’s on both sides so you can chase the sun if you wanted. 3 washing machines meant we never run out of towels and could travel light with just 10kg bags. Lots of wonderful little touches like Suncream and after sun that has been left by previous guests with the 100ml carry on limit and the host even brought us a delicious cake and bottle of fizz.

I have nothing negative to say about the property this is more of a Benalmadena thing, if you are travelling in high season make sure you are prepared for mosquitoes, the local pharmacy was full of pasty brits buying repellent and after bite sticks including us. We were very naive on the first couple of days not applying repellent and suffered for it. Do yourself a favour and buy a DEET related repellent and use it from landing.

The villa was in a perfect location and well equipped. The whole family loved it.

The only thing and it wasn't a problem for us. The steps into the villa are quite steep so it wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues

Absolutely Stunning Villa

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so very welcome by the property manager. He showed us around the absolutely beautiful villa explaining everything that we might need to know. The villa was spotless and absolutely beautiful. It had everything you needed from towels and hairdryers coffee machines cooking equipment outside barbecue etc. The kitchen is well stocked with herbs and spices, tea, coffee, etc.All the bathrooms had shampoo and shower gel, etc. There was suncream etc to use which was extremely useful. It's lovely to have so much there, and we left behind items we purchased for future guests. The pool and jacuzzi area were beautiful. The location was great right beside a supermarket and a short stroll to the local bars. We didn't get to use the inside of the house as much as we would have liked as we were out a lot for a family wedding but it was just a wonderful place to stay and I would absolutely recommend majestic villa to anyone. Perfectly located villa with exceptional views

The views from the villa are exceptional. The pool was lovely and the host was helpful and gave us a list of restaurants and sites to visit near by. The facilities in the villa were excellent and the rooms were lovely. I originally went to Benalmadena for a wedding, after this stay I think I will be coming back!

Fantastic place

A Unique Tropical Retreat Just 150 Meters from the Beach From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the warm and personal welcome. The villa is perfectly located—just a short stroll to the beach and a charming beachside restaurant. Our host, Alex, was outstanding—proactive, attentive, and full of insightful recommendations on what to explore and where to dine. The garden is truly a tropical paradise, especially enchanting in the evening when the soft lighting is interacting with palm and banana trees. The outdoor area is beautifully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a barbecue area equipped with both gas and charcoal grills. It comfortably accommodated our group of 14. It’s the thoughtful details that really set this villa apart: a fully stocked bar in the living room with complimentary liquors, brandies, and tequilas; complimentary sunblock lotions, shampoos; elegant, durable drinkware that mimics crystal for poolside sipping; three types of coffee makers; and a refrigerator with a filtered water and ice dispenser. No generic furnishings here—the bedding is luxurious, the towels thick and soft, and the entire home is tastefully furnished with antiques and artwork, including pieces from the 18th century. Every balcony offers a lovely view, and guests have access to three washing machines for added convenience. The mattresses and pillows are of high quality, ensuring restful sleep. Transfers were effortlessly arranged by Alex, and we appreciated having a supermarket just next door. If there’s one downside, it’s that our stay was too short—it was difficult to leave. We made beautiful memories here and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended.

A fabulous stay at Majestic Villa. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach and next door to the supermarket. Perfect for groups. The bedrooms are basics but comfortable and well maintained. Alex was an attentive and friendly host and always quick to respond.

Fantastic Villa and Owners… Worth a visit!

Fantastic Villa and owners. Francisco was always very quick to respond to any queries and happy to provide some recommendations for our stay. Fully equipped… everything we wanted/needed was available. We were travelling with 4 kids (aged between 2-5) and there were plenty of toys, kids cups, plates etc, outside shaded areas and access to Netflix for chill times. And the heated pool was warm enough for them. There were lots outside areas and balconies to eat and chill if staying in for the evening or just having a drink before bed. Location is also great. Easy access to the beach and close to bus stops and Supermarket literally next door. The marina is a 30 min walk (with kids) or a 5 mins taxi ride away.

I always like to give a rounded review and include some negatives but these really were minor and wouldn’t influence our decision to visit again. Insect repellent is required if you’re prone to getting bitten as the garden is lovely and green, which obviously attracts the bugs. Some showers were better than others. However, there were so many, we just used another one if we didn’t get on with the one in our room. There was a large dog next door who did bark quite a lot. It didn’t really interrupt our sleep but was a little irritating at times.

Great communication. Francisco was very helpful and was able to store our cases both on arrival and departure due to flight times. Villa has plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were great as the weather was very hot. The kitchen at the pool area was ideal. Good amenities within walking distance, if able bodied and if not it was very easy to get taxis to and from the villa.

Not a bad point per say but just to be aware there is quite a sleep slope to get access to the villa.

A perfect beach-holiday house for a group of friends

I stayed here for a 40th bday celebration with a group of 10 friends. The villa was perfect, the rooms are really spacious and luxurious and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The pool was heated and this together with the hot-tub meant we could happily lounge around the pool area even in February. The location is really convenient, 25 mins drive from the airport, 5 mins from beach, and 1 minute to supermarket. Francisco was really helpful and let us check out late. We had a really wonderful time!

A few fixtures and fittings could do with updating or repairing, and there are some things on the list of facilities that weren’t available - eg sauna, slippers and bathrobes. And there’s a dog next door that barks a lot, especially at night! but overall it is a really lovely place to stay, and good value if there are enough of you.

We had a great time in this great vacation house with fabulous outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Also the communication with the owner were always efficient and pleasant.

A great villa in benalmádena

The villa is in a great location. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. It is a lovely villa. Spacious. Big bedrooms. A lovely pool and jacuzzi. Good kitchen facilities, a bbq, washing machine, dryer etc. The owners were very accommodating.

While the outdoor space is great, a pool and a jacuzzi, bbq area, plenty of seating etc, there isn't a lot of space around the pool area so there was no space for the kids to run around outside.

The Villa is huge! It has everything you need, if you're a family I even has little things like cot and high chair. It has two kitchens, two livingrooms, and on TV there's Netflix, which was amazing for.my very little one! Francesco is not just good looking but also great host! Nothing was too much problem! Would definitely recommend this place, its spacious, clean, and clean pool, amazing location! Can't fault the place!

Amazing stay!

I would really like to thank Francisco for everything he has done to accommodate me and my friends during our stay in February. I got such a fantastic and remarkable time and that was just possible for Francisco being so helpful and communicative. Ubytování je kousek od pláže, obchod sousedí s ubytováním a v okolí je dostatek restaurací. Majitel je skvělý! Neuvěřitelně ochotný, milý a vtipný 😁 nic není problém což je neuvěřitelné plus v dnešní době. Ubytování je krásné s nádherným výhledem.

Romslig villa, perfekt for feiring av merkedager med familie og venner, like ved stranden i Benalmádena. Gode rom og man

Romslig villa med mange fine oppholdssoner, så familien trengte ikke å gå «oppå hverandre». Romslige rom og med egne bad, og vi fikk god plass alle sammen (8 voksne og 4 barn). Vi liker å lage mat sammen og satte pris på godt kjøkken inne og god grill nede ved bassenget. Nærmeste nabo var en bra supermarked, og vi fikk det meste av råvarer der, og litt lenger opp i byen. Vi bestilte oppvarmet pool (ekstra) og det var nødvendig tidlig som det er i april. Jacuzzi ved bassenget ble også flittig brukt. Beliggenheten nært strandpromenaden og stranden satte vi også pris på. Vi hadde stranddag en dag og anslår 17 grader i havet, deilig. Godt utgangspunkt for ekskursjoner er et pluss ved stedet. Fint uteområde med beplantning og skyggefulle plasser samtidig som de solhungrige kunne finne seg plass i solen. Rask respons fra Alex med sitt team når vi lurte på noe og hadde noen tekniske problemer. De fleste ble raskt løst.

Vi hadde initiert noen tekniske problemer med utstyr i kjøkkenet, men dette ble raskt håndtert. Det var påske og ikke alt kunne løses på stående fot, men dette var helt innafor. Vi forsto noe av det tekniske utstyret ville bli skiftet ut. I påskehelgen ble det også nokså «støyete» fra naboleiligheten da de feiret med høy musikk og party utover natten. Dette meldte vi fra om og skulle tas videre med eier av den andre leiligheten. Utover dette har vi intet å utsette og kan anbefale stedet for familiesammenkomster slik vi benyttet stedet til.
