Przytulne mieszkanko w niskim bloku pośród zieleni na parterze. Część sypialniana oddzielona od salonu. Wszystko, co niezbędne na pobyt zostało zapewnione. Szczególnie pomocna jest zwięzła instrukcja przesyłana smsem - zawiera kwestie rzadko obecne (lokalizacja śmietnika, obsługa tv itp.). Transport publiczny dość blisko (niecałe 10 minut spaceru) trochę dalej do dyskontu (ok. 20 min.). Obok budynku jest sklep Społem ale czynny dość krótko. Bardzo cicho.
Przydałby się ogólny lifting, szczególnie w łazience (prosi się o "złotą rączkę"). Wyposażenie dość leciwe, choć mi to akurat nie przeszkadzało i pozwalało poczuć się "jak w domu". Duży minimalizm w wyposażeniu kuchennym (ale dla 1 - 2 osób spokojnie wystarczy). Brak zmywarki. Mieszkanie zorientowane na wschód - rano bardzo się nagrzewa.

świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko (do sklepów też), parter jest dodatkowym plusem, mieszkanie doskonale wyposażone na krótki i na dłuższy pobyt. klucze w skrytce, dobrze wytłumaczone zasady ich odbioru, jasne instrukcje i GENIALNA wręcz komunikacja z przemiłą Włascicielką
