About this apartment rental
We have a beautiful fully furnished, air-conditioned, 2 storey, 3-bedroom condo inside the walls of old Quebec.
It is located in a small historical building (built in the early 1900's) and is just half a block from the vibrant St-Jean street with its, tourist attractions, shopping district, fine dining, entertaining night life and public transport.

- 2 large bedrooms with queen beds (with blackout curtains) and a smaller one room with a double bed.
- 1 and 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs is a huge bathroom (you can do a cart-wheel) with separate bath and shower, and in-suite washer and dryer.
- real wood fire place
- all major appliances included - 4-plate stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher.
- air conditioned
- includes utilities, heat, basic cable, basic internet
- this is not a party building
- Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed for allergy reasons.

Outstanding location inside walled city. Easy walk to all attractions. Spacious, super clean 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with modern amenities: air conditioning, washer & dryer, full kitchen, well appointed. Feels open & good lighting. Very fairly priced.

Definitely book this property!! Great location, easy parking, and wonderful communication with the owners and property manager.
The property provides everything you need during your stay and more - plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, towels etc. and many extras like wood for the fireplace and drying racks for winter gear! Location wise it's quite convenient to many shops and restaurants, walking distance to everything. If you need to drive anywhere, the in/out parking is easily accessible and located right behind the building.
We've stayed at this property two times so far, and will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a great stay in beautiful Quebec City!
