This sun-filled, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with 1340 sq. ft. of spacious living and spectacular views from the 8th floor, will provide you with accommodations and amenities that will have you staying in luxury and comfort. This unit features: high ceilings, a wet bar, walk-in closets, laundry room, floor to ceiling windows, screened lanai, and a modern eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.
Amenities include: Direct access to the beach, heated pool, and covered parking. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are provided.
Maximum 4 people per booking, no overnight guests.
7 day minimum rental/Tuesday check-in/out. June-August are 10 day minimum rentals
This property does require an application, $150.00 fee, and a signed lease.

After five nights in a condo in Naples on the 8th floor and one working elevator, with 1/4 mile walk to the condo from the elevator, and finally the elevator broken, this property on Vanderbilt Beach was great. It had 2 elevators, and it was a few feet from the elevator to the condo. The view from the 8th floor was fabulous. Despite bad weather, we enjoyed our stay.

The view Of the ocean was spectacular and what you are paying for. The condo was nice. The amenities were lacking. The ice machine was broken and although the agent brought over a bag of ice the next day, we had to buy our own ice. Appliances and kitchen accessories were dated and cheap considering what we paid for the week. Not even soap to wash your hands or Toilet paper for the week. The pool was nice and the beach was close and beautiful. Great sunsets. Great
