Enjoy this charming 4-bedroom home on 25 secluded acres in picturesque Middletown Springs, Vermont. The beautifully landscaped property includes meadows, forest and a 3/4-acre swimming and fishing pond with dock and rowboat. The children will enjoy hours of fun the backyard play structure with sandbox and the tree swing. The expansive rear deck has comfortable table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, and a chaise lounge from which to enjoy the gorgeous southwesterly views and the endless sunset over the pond.
This house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large family/dining room with a stone fireplace and picture windows with breathtaking views of the Green Mountains. The separate living room has a lovely view of the flower gardens is equipped with a stereo system with tape/CD and TV, VCR, as well as books, toys and games for all ages. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom shower has safety handrails and a shower seat.
The huge upstairs master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, shower and Jacuzzi tub. Large windows provide lovely views of the property and distant mountains. The second upstairs bedroom has view windows and queen-size bed. The quaint third bedroom has two poster twin-size beds. Full-size 'Aero' mattresses and a futon couch/bed in the living room can provide extra beds when necessary. For little tykes a porta-crib, baby swing and bassinet are also available. Linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. The home has a washer/dryer and housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge.
Due to a busy rental schedule, during summer months of late June, July and August rentals are usually weekly Saturday to Saturday. If you are interested in a shorter rental during the summer months, please contact the owner for consideration. The rest of the year, dates are more flexible.

We all gave it a 10. We live in Vermont but like to get away from responsibilities annually and this place was perfect. They’ve thought of everything. The pond was the highlight for the grandkids and the spacious living areas were perfect for us all to have room to relax. We didn’t use the game room in the basement because we couldn’t get the light to work but that made no difference to us. There were paper towels, tp, coffee filters, plenty of dinnerware and serving bowls. The deck is great and the house stays cool thanks to the nice tree coverage. We hope to be welcomed back.

We rented this for our family to celebrate my son graduating. There is truly something for everyone at this property. Amazing time had by all and then some.
