Excellent for a short stay!

The location is good as it is inside o a mall's parking. The staff is incredibly gentle and nice, always willing to help. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean, either in common areas and in the room. The breakfast is simple, but with a good variety of meals that allow you to choose what you like.

Breakfast could have more greens and vegetables available. The windows in the room can't open, so you always need to have the aircon on.

great location, breakfast, parking, nice decoration and silent at night.

one of the beds in our room smelled of pee :( unable to sleep there. We came back to hotel at night after an event, too late to deal with a change of room. We reported this next morning upon check out. it was a one night only stay, better controls for housekeeping could be good, as sheets were clean but the odor was coming from the mattress.

It’s an okay place for a couple days. Staff is friendly!

Breakfast was okay, but not something to get excited about. Stay for a week and by the 3rd day you’ll run to Starbucks (across the parking lot) looking for alternative options.

Housekeeping needed to be reminded daily what she forgot to re-supply. Please give her a checklist!

Good breakfast included. Weak coffee but there's a Starbucks in the shopping complex.

We got there late after a day of shopping as we know the hotel and have always enjoyed our stay. The TV remote didn't work, neither did the heat and was the middle beginning of January. We slept underneath the bathroom towels and coats. We asked the front desk to come up to help but with our bad Spanish we gave up after 3 calls. We've stayed here many times and it's always good, but we checked in after 9pm and maybe got the last room. The room was clean just cold and with no tv. We ended up watching Netflix on our phone.

Vividly disturbing sounds emanating from the walls

The lobby guy at night was pretty chill, quick and efficient job. The breakfast was quite tasty and the staff very polite and kind. Bed was comfy, overall a good experience.

The main one was the soundproofing of the room, in a nearby room something was snoring like if it was straight out Cronenberg worst nightmare.

Very nice stay. I would recommend.

Location is great, inside of a big plaza , modern area. Feel very secured and everything inside the plaza, bars, clubs, groceries etc. Staff was really nice and breakfast was great.. lots of options.

Good price and location

The hotel is in a really great location if you want to stay in Juriquilla because it is close to different stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Free parking is always a plus.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in another room. During check-in we actually had to wait for the front desk person as he was not by the desk.
