The staff was great, and one of the cleaners was so beautiful.. lol

It's a rough spot for the pool, but I understand you are limited for space. Overall, the hotel is great and you got a bunch of great stuff.So I had a great time

Convenient Location!

Great location. Rooftop pool. Near La Crucecita, Soriana, ADO. OXXO on property. 20 minutes from the airport.

The rooms fronting the street or near the pool could use some soundproofing. The pool needs some TLC.

Good for short time there and would stay again

i checked in late and checked out at 5 am to catch a plane so never had breakfast or had time for much .

was not there long enough to judge . I did not like the idea of security man going in my room at 5 am as I was getting in my taxi as I'm suspicious that the money I left for tip went in his pocket .

It was exactly what we hoped for.

We stayed there because it is right across the road from the bus depot. We were taking the bus to Puerto Escondido the next day. It is a basic hotel but had everything we needed. The staff are efficient. It is easy to walk down the street for restaurants in La Crucecita. We stayed there a few years ago for the same reason.

We wouldn’t stay there for a long period of time because we would rather stay near the beach. For our purpose of being near the bus, it was perfect.

Interesting, a hotel on stilts over an OXXO parking lot.

Some architect got clever. Other than the rooms, the hotel has no exterior walls. The common area is on a mezzanine platform above the street level reception desk. It has a lounging area near the pool, atop the store. The building is modern, the rooms are clean, the plumbing first rate. The air conditioning worked well, there's a small pool and elevator. Breakfast and bottled water were provided. The staff are pleasant and try hard. There are cameras, a security guard on duty, the rooms have keycard locks and good doors There's an interesting neighborhood behind the hotel, with tourist shops, some nightlife and many more hotels. The ADO bus terminal is across a busy street and a smaller one is around the corner. There's a large grocery store just beyond ADO. The beaches are within long walking distance.

WI-FI ? There was no Wi-Fi in the room and it's weak and spotty in the common areas. That was a deal breaker for me. I found some on that mezzanine level, exposed to the noise of a busy intersection, no fun. But I was able to book my next hotel, hopefully one with Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean and quiet, the hotel is in a central location, safe and well run. But I was amazed and disappointed at the lack of Wi-Fi in such a modern hotel.

The location eas good for a downtown spot and staff were very friendly.

First off it advertised a continental breakfast, but only had coffee and toast, 2nd the hotel is "eco-friendly" which is great, but all the electricty is automatically shut off as soon as you leave the room. My phone and camera both died at the start of our day missing photo opportunities through out both days. At the return of each evening the room was super hot 3rd our room roaches, no closest space or drawers for or clothes, no mini fridge or coffee maker. The shower was so small I barely fit and I am not a "big" person and the swimming pool had no lights for evening enjoyment. This was more of a one night business trip accommodation not a very enjoyable location for couples or families in my personal opinion.

Very poor

They give us a very old keycard for the room who wasn't working well since the first day. The card broke in the middle I don't know how then they ask us to pay for another keycard. The breakfast is coffee and bread with a toaster not even a juice. During the night, we where sleeping and someone open the door with a keycard and was coming in the room until he saw us and make is way out very quick without any chance to saw what happening for us. Kind of weird and scary. The next morning I asked the reception and no answer, no excuses, nothing... I guess it's normal. It's really bad because the room was clean and nice but the experience was very bad due to the services and the intrusion.

La ubicación, es centrico para acudir a diferentes lugares.

El agua fría de la piscina, ojala y fuera climatizada, al menos en temporada de invierno. Yo fui en el mes de diciembre y estaba muy fría el agua.

No tiene estacionamiento seguro y cristalearon el auto. No hay cámaras de seguridad en los alrededores y una vez sucedido el percance el personal no nos brindó ayuda, la gerente apareció 4 horas después y el personal no sabía qué hacer.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio, cómodo y personal muy atento.

Hubo un chico que fue a pedirnos que no salpicaramos agua en la alberca, estaba con mi niño de 10 y mi niña de 8, la piscina está en el 1er piso, pero es la 1a vez que me pasa esto, se supone que la alberca es para jugar también o sea ¿Que quería, que solo estuviéramos inmóviles dentro de la alberca? Sobre todo los niños.

Mal atención

Únicamente la ubicación

Muy mal el personal, incluso supongo que lo hicieron con la intención de quedarse el dinero, reserve una habitacion con 2 CAMAS MATRIMONIALES para 2 personas (1 adulto-1menor) y me cobraron "1 persona extra" (el menor) que por que excedió de los 11 años, justificando que por que reserve por medio de la app que no hay cambios, cuando se supone que ya venia incluido pues cuando reserve decia "niños menores de 12 no pagan" , y si noguera suficiente el agua de la alberca helada

Mala experiencia por el trato del personal en recepción

La única ventaja del hotel es su ubicación: está muy cerca de la terminal ADO y cuenta con un Oxxo en la planta baja. Solicitamos con anticipación una ampliación del check-in; nos informaron que tenía costo y que estaba sujeta a disponibilidad. El personal del turno nocturno fue amable y nos indicó regresar a las 8:00 a.m. para confirmarlo. Al hacerlo, el personal del turno matutino nos negó el apoyo, aun cuando una familia acababa de desocupar una habitación y estábamos dispuestos a pagar el cargo adicional. La atención fue grosera y poco empática.

Más allá del precio, el principal problema es el pésimo servicio al cliente. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas y, para empeorar la experiencia, el segundo día encontramos una cucaracha en la cama. Al hacer el check-out, el recepcionista se negó a proporcionar su apellido, llamado Héctor sólo Héctor. No recomiendo hospedarse aquí. Hay otras opciones en la zona, con precios similares y un servicio mucho mejor.
