About this house rental
The whole place has a chill beach theme. It's peaceful and casual. This is our home away from home and we're excited to share it with you. We hope you and your family will enjoy the home, neighborhood, and shops as much as we do.

Queen private room. Across The Hall From A Full Bath.
Ocean Room: Group room sleeps 4.
Unique ocean mural. Backyard Access.
Bunk Bed. Twin on top, full on bottom.

Back Master Bedroom:
Queen. Handmade Art Doors.
Curbless Shower, With Bench, Two Shower Heads, Backyard Access.

Wheelchair Friendly:
There Is a ramp that goes from the side of the house to the back master bedroom. Handy-capped Shower (not fully ADA, but accessible if you're in a chair) In Back master and hall and kitchen are on the same level. To get to the living room, go out the back, down the ramp and through the front room.

Culver City requires a permit. (http://www.culvercitypd.org/filmpermits.html). You are responsible for carrying insurance and getting relevant permits.
No Parties.
No pets.
9 pm Quiet time on Weekdays, 10 PM quiet time on weekends. It's a family neighborhood, remember?

We do a massive clean between guests and that takes time. Please ask in advance if you need to come earlier or leave later. We'll be upfront about availability.
COVID UPDATE:
Please ask us about our cleaning procedures, and what supplies will be available. We may not be available to enter the home while you are there. If a problem arises, please work with us to solve it in a way that ensures a safe resolution.
I'm asking everyone when the book (it's not personal, just want to keep us all healthy):
Please let us know if someone in the house comes down with COVID so that we can implement extra cleaning and safety protocols.

What a lovely home! The location is incredible, close to cute downtown Culver City with lots of restaurants and shops. The house is next to Ballona Creek and there is a lovely ocean breeze. Mature trees and shade. Beautiful backyard with dining pavilion. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. Thoughtful details like laundry baskets, shampoo and conditioner and a fresh bar of soap in the showers, hand soap at every sink, plenty of blankets and towels. When I arrived, the host had left a welcome note and a few groceries to get me started: milk, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, a bag of Cuties tangerines. What a great stay. Thank you!

This was the perfect spacious “Home Away From Home!” for my family to have while they were in town for our wedding! The location is great too & very central to many of LA’s sightseeing spots! Chelsea & Shirley were both so wonderful & lovely!!! & both were so quick to respond to any questions we had! & they were so accommodating too with any requests we had as well! We had a team offsite for 12 people where we able to work in the front room, dining area, and backyard. Perfect home base to work during the day then attend dinner together in the local area. It was amazing to get some work done and enjoy sunny California.
