Quiet summer house (75 sqm) on a large delimited property (4,500 sqm) with a beautiful garden and an external covered barbecue area, suitable for relaxing.
The garden is illuminated and usable, with a tree house and swings especially suitable for children.
Olive, lemon, orange and other trees offer shade and a nice atmosphere.
Very centrally located, about 3 km from the capital of the island of Andros, on a hill with a view.
Parking on the property for safe parking of the cars. Surf, paddle and canoe are available and can be used.
Andros is the second largest island in the Cyclades, with a lot of greenery and offers excellent hiking tourism (international award). Many excursions to different beaches with different summer sports opportunities (surf, paddle, canoe, diving, water skiing, motor boat etc.).

Bella casa, situata in posizione perfetta per visitare l'isola di Andros. L'appartamento è ampio, con due camere, cucina abitabile e bagno. Inoltre c'è un bello spazio fuori, con giardino e barbecue. Purtroppo la casa ha alcuni punti di debolezza. In primo luogo la casa non è dotata di aria condizionata (e ad Andros durante l'estate fa molto caldo), e poi la cucina è dotata di strumenti davvero inadeguati (per fare un esempio non c'era nemmeno un paio di forbici).
In ogni caso una buona sistemazione che mi sento di consigliare
