We are about three years old and have the highest reviews from all of our guests who have stayed here. The elegant interior design boasts a flowing spacious 3 bedroom home with the highest quality material and furnishings.
Everything including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, tableware and cooking supplies are all brand new! A bright living room opens up into the screened-in pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the lush quiet garden, giving you southern sun exposure from dawn until dusk with spectacular sunsets off the back patio. Your own Banana Tree - Please help yourself!!
THE 101 is ideally located within walking distance or a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. The beaches offer many water sports equipment rentals. Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive.
The Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of finest Shops and Events on the Lawn. The Nightlife Scene of Mercato is renowned for its abundance and diversity including the Pub, Bar Tulia, Cavo Lounge, Blue Martini and Burn Cigar Bar, just to name a few many of which that have live entertainment and dancing. Also near the Ritz-Carlton, Turtle Club and La Playa with it's famous Baleen Restaurant.

We LOVED our month in Naples Park. Thomas (the host) was super communicative and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house was spacious and clean, with tile throughout the open floor plan, bedrooms and bathrooms. We traveled with our mini dachshund and loved that the yard was fenced in around the lanai so we could let her out without worrying. We went to the beach almost everyday and the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes were the best. We leveraged the bikes to get to Vanderbilt beach daily (2 mile ride) vs paying to park. When we weren’t at the beach, relaxing outside under the lanai and in the pool truly rounded out our experience. Would highly recommend.

Great house, spacious, well equipped, had everything we needed. Excellent communication with host. Very nice, heated pool. Fully screened pool area was a real plus! Located in Naples park, Delnor Wiggins Pass state park, restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely book it again.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, and dishes. Also had all the beach and pool accessories you could need. The pool temperature was wonderful!

We loved everything about this stay. The host was exceptional, great communication! The home was beautiful and in a great area of Naples. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The yard was completely fenced for privacy and pets. One of my all time favorites!
