We had a wonderful stay here! I was with my husband and two daughters. It is difficult to get around without a car but William, our host, took very good care of us. We also really enjoyed riding bicycles around the neighborhood and down to the beach! We went whale watching, to the Farglory amusement park (kid heaven), paddleboating on Lake Lihu, explored Toroko National Park, and found a beautiful swimming hole in a river. We spent a week and were sad to leave.
You really need a car to get food and there’s no easily accessible public transportation.
