The house was very well provisioned, had aircon in all the bedrooms and pool and terrace were really great.

Would find it hard to find fault with it!

Very clean and comfortable villa with a nice loggia and swimming pool. Close to the beaches and village center. There was even a small supermarket and a restaurant down towards the beaches.

The outside of the house was great. Great space for car. Air conditioning was very good, although loud in bedrooms.

We spent most of our time either by the pool or away from the house so overall our holiday was good. However, I would not recommend this house until a number of items have been rectified by the owner. The information on Booking states was ‘beachfront location’, infact was a 10 minute walk. House in desperate need of a deep clean. Under every piece of furniture was very dusty. One shower plug was completely blocked assuming with hair from other people. Hadn’t seen until we arrived in the small print that this owner wanted €1200 as a CASH deposit. I do not think this should be allowed as there is no official way to query any issues later on. (As no one was there to let us in we were not asked for this until over a week into the holiday and we refused). Negatives/To be fixed: Defrost freezer (unusable as tiny and completely frozen over) Unblock shower plugs Move furniture as filthy under living rm table, beds and cupboard in living rm Whole house needs a deep clean Cobwebs on most hanging lights Fridge needs cleaning Sharpen knives Booklet of instructions and useful local info (no information at all which would have been helpful) Change the soap or at least throw manky old ones away (we were given disgusting leftover soaps!) Advise of bin collections. I did contact the owner but the information he gave was incorrect. Provide at least 1 dishwasher tablet Downstairs outside doors don’t lock very easily which is not safe Beds all very uncomfortable-singles pushed together and another double mattress on top. Everyone got bitten in their beds (asked them to sort out as assume bed bugs. Someone did come but could t get their steam machine to work so sprayed the edges and left! Bedding all old and musty. No duvets and very thin pillows. Bedroom upstairs has a tiny single, half length wardrobe which doesn’t close with hangers. Stated ‘free toiletries’ we got old soap that was it! States ‘beachfront’ it’s a 10 minute walk! ‘Sea view’ - nope!
